REFUND & RETURN POLICY

OUR POLICY

Every Four Antoinnettes piece is printed to order and produced in small batches from an original work. For this reason, we do not offer monetary refunds.

We do offer store credit, issued only for products that are unopened, unused, and fully intact, returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging. All returns are subject to review prior to approval, and store credit is issued only once the returned piece has been inspected and confirmed to meet these conditions.

RETURN WINDOW

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for store credit.

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN

Email hello@fourantoinnettes.com with your order details and clear photos of the product. Our team will review your request and follow up with next steps.

PRODUCT VARIATION

Four Antoinnettes pieces are produced in small batches using hand-mixed ink on fine paper. As a result, slight natural variations in color and finish may occur from batch to batch. These variations are a mark of the handcrafted process, not a defect, and are not eligible for return or store credit on that basis alone.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Items damaged in transit are addressed under our separate Shipping Policy and are not subject to the conditions above.

COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP

All artwork, imagery, and designs represented in Four Antoinnettes products remain the sole and exclusive property of Four Antoinnettes, LLC. Purchase of a product conveys ownership of the physical item only, not any copyright or other intellectual property right in the underlying artwork or design. No portion may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without our prior express written consent. Nothing in this policy limits that protection.
