SHIPPING POLICY

 

OUR PROCESS

Thank you for supporting independent art. Four Antoinnettes is a bespoke, print-by-order house. Every piece of stationery and every art print is created by order and then hand packaged and shipped from our studio. Because each piece begins as an original work before it becomes stationery, we build print times into every order to give you the best possible piece, not the fastest one.

We know that waiting can be hard when you're excited for something beautiful to arrive. We are committed to staying communicative throughout the process. If you have any questions about your order at any stage, reach us at hello@fourantoinnettes.com.

PROCESSING TIME

Because some of our goods are made and printed to order, please allow anywhere from 3 - 15 business days for your piece to be created, packed, and handed over to the carrier. This processing time is separate from, and in addition to, carrier transit time.

Orders are not customarily processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. Custom order timelines could differ. Please work directly with Four Antoinnettes on custom order timing and progress.

SHIPPING TIME & RATES

Once your piece leaves our studio, please allow approximately 10 days from print completion for carrier delivery. This estimate reflects transit time only and does not include print lead time or packaging time outlined above. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are guidelines provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

PACKAGING & WEATHER PROTECTION

We take extreme care to ensure your piece arrives in pristine condition.

Moisture Protection: All paper goods, art prints, and stationery are sealed in weather-resistant, acid-free cellophane sleeves to protect against humidity and rain.

Bend Protection: Prints are packed with a thick backing board inside heavy-duty, rigid cardboard mailers. Large prints (larger than 11×14") may be carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy, heavy-wall mailing tubes to prevent creasing. 

Eco-Friendly Note: We strive to use recyclable materials whenever possible.

TRACKING & DELIVERY

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to activate on the carrier's network.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@fourantoinnettes.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of both the damaged piece and the outer packaging, so we can make it right and file a claim with the carrier.

Lost Packages: If tracking shows “delivered” but your package hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a replacement or store credit. We do not offer monetary refunds.

All artwork, imagery, and designs represented in Four Antoinnettes products remain the sole and exclusive property of Four Antoinnettes, LLC. No portion may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without our prior express written consent. Nothing in this policy limits that protection.
